AI Engineer Positions

Core Responsibilities
  • Research & Innovation: Continuously research, evaluate, propose, and implement cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities and performance.
  • Model Development & Tuning: Design and fine-tune large language models for specific business domains, utilizing techniques like Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) and Low-Rank Adaptation (LORA).
  • Optimization: Implement model optimization techniques, such as quantization and distillation, to improve inference speed and reduce operational costs.
  • Backend & Serving: Develop efficient, reliable back-end services and robust REST APIs (using Python/FastAPI) for model serving, ensuring high availability.
  • Asynchronous Processing: Develop asynchronous services (Celery/Redis) to handle long-running tasks required by complex AI models.
  • Application Integration: Integrate AI/LLM models and features seamlessly into web applications (using frameworks like Next.js).
  • Agentic Systems: Design, develop, and evaluate autonomous agents and multi-agent systems, defining and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document and present research findings, novel techniques, or system designs through internal reports, blog posts, or external publications/presentations.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience with Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Qdrant, RAGAS)
  • Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (Llama, Gemma, Deepseek, Qwen)
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for complex task adaptation
  • Familiarity with the following technologies:
  • FastAPI
  • Redis, Celery Workers
  • Langchain, Pydantic AI
  • Qdrant, FAISS
  • HF Transformers and TGI
  • vLLM
  • Model Context Protocol
  • Experience deploying models in production environments
  • Understanding of AI safety and alignment principles
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to research & implement novel methods
  • Good technical communication (verbal and written) skills
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
  • MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Hands-on experience designing and building Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
  • Deep expertise in LLM evaluation methodologies, potentially including experience developing custom metrics.
  • Experience implementing and integrating Model Context Protocol
  • Background in model optimization techniques (pruning, quantization, distillation)

UI/UX Designer with AI Coding Roles

Full Stack Developers
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Pasig. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the web applications that power our AI initiatives and internal tools. Working across the entire stack, you'll leverage technologies like React, Next.js, FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL, and more to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Core Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web application features.
  • Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
  • Develop efficient back-end services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Celery, and Redis.
  • Design database schemas, write effective queries, and manage data using Supabase and PostgreSQL.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants/tools to maximize productivity, while rigorously reviewing, testing, securing, and taking full ownership of the final code.
  • Write clean, maintainable, testable code and actively participate in code reviews.
  • Implement, manage, or utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment into Kubernetes and Docker containers. (cloud or on-premise)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire application stack and related infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development, DevOps, and AI-assisted software engineering.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (e.g., 3+ years recommended).
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js for front-end; Python with API frameworks like FastAPI and understanding of async concepts (Celery/Redis context) for back-end.
  • Database experience including relational DBs (PostgreSQL required), Supabase familiarity, schema design, and SQL query writing.
  • Understanding of deploying applications into containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes, cloud or on-premise).
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for AI response control and model alignment.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Interest in or prior experience integrating with AI/ML models or working in an AI-focused company.
